Welcome!
The North Carolina Baseball Museum is located in Wilson, NC. We feature 400+ major league players (past and present)
The museum contains over 3,300 feet of baseball memorabilia containing signed baseball cards, bats, and balls while highlighting the 7 players from North Carolina that were elected to the National Hall of Fame in Cooperstown, NY. We are located inside Historic Fleming Stadium (home of the Wilson Tobs).
Those 7 players are Luke Appling (High Point), Rick Ferrell (Durham), Jim 'Catfish' Hunter (Hertford), Gaylord Perry (Williamston), Buck Leonard (Rocky Mount), Enos Slaughter (Roxboro), and Hoyt Wilhelm (Huntersville).
The collection contains memorabilia of the approximately 440 players from North Carolina that have reached the major league level (past and present). The collection also contains players from the state that have played in the Negro Leagues, women who played in the All-American Girls Professional Baseball League (AAGPBL) during WWII, minor league team items from within the state, local college baseball achievements, and vintage pictures of local mill teams dating back to the 1920s.
Admission is $3 for ages 18-65 and $1 for 65+.
